The activities varied from field visits, lectures and participation in heritage day and all the national events.

On 31 October 2017, the 10th grade visited Yasser Arafat Museum and mausoleum. The students were welcomed and showed a short documentary about the martyr’s life and a brief history about the Palestinian cause since the late Ottoman Empire up until 11 November 2004.

The 9th grade discussed and observed facts about Balfour Declaration and they reflected their opinion about this unfortunate declaration by painting banners and graffiti.

The 7th grade applied the methodology of learning by playing through presenting banners that show the responsibilities and obligations of a citizen. The students interacted with the presenters by asking questions. The aim was to differentiate between a responsibility and an obligation.

The 6th graders marked the compelling places in Egypt such as the Pyramids, by presenting colorful banners and building small models.

The 5th grade drew and painted the Palestinian map and the map of the Arab World.

These activities came to strengthen the Palestinian and local social values within students in order to derogate them from the rigidity that accompanies this school curriculum.
